Steve began his commercial real estate career immediately following college over twenty years ago. During that time, Steve has gained an intimate knowledge of the marketplace and its owners and has experienced almost every aspect of a real estate deal. His wired-in and hands-on approach to deal-making have not only made him one of Crain’s Cleveland’s Top 40 under 40 (2007), but also consistently ranks him as one of the top brokers in Northeast Ohio. Steve continues to gain a more in-depth knowledge of the real estate spectrum through his involvement in development/redevelopment, ownership, management, and of course brokerage. ‍ Steve continues to adapt and learn from the ever-changing real estate landscape and provides the best advice, support, and diligence necessary to meet the demands of his clients’ needs.
